Contains a collection of materials, including correspondence, negatives and photographs, pertaining to the Wurlitzer Company of North Tonawanda, New York, assembled by David L. Junchen in preparation for the series, The Encyclopedia of the American Theatre Organ. Although he lived to complete only two of the projected four volumes in 1985 and 1990; following Junchen's death in 1992, a third volume was completed in 1995 by Preston J. Kaufmann, and a subsequent volume, title The Wurlitzer Pipe Organ: An Illustreated History, edited by Jeff Weiler, was published in 2005.
